WI Black Bear
Offering a 2010 WI black bear hunt in northern WI, All it would cost you is your gas, food, and tag. 7 out of 10 hunters this year bagged 300+ lb. animal. Only drawback WI is a draw hunt so you must have a tag for zone A or D.
