Roanoke is a long way for me to drive to squirrel hunt. Do you have any thick spots w/ rabbits down there and a few buddies that would like to rabbit hunt?

How about a Snowshoe Hare Hunt in Ontario, Canada? There are no bags limits and long seasons. Can your dogs run on snow?

Sounds interesting. Yes, they can run on snow, but not well below 10 degrees. We're heading back to Wisconsin in a few weeks for a hare hunt.Send me an e-mail and lets talk.

Try "mushers secret" on your dogs pads if they get ice balls between their pads. Its a kind of waxy paste which keeps the ice from forming. Thats what I do during the winter hunting pheasants and grouse in ND with my wirehair.
