DrakeDawg, Sorry I'm so late on a reply. My daughter had a baby boy the 29th. So I've been busy. We don't run NARHA, just mainly AKC and will be getting back into field trials. Thanks Cheri

You're gonna love this... we have an 8 year old male Dalmatian named Diablo.
He does have some bird sense. We have taken him out with us morning dove hunting and he retrieves fairly well. We had started him on pheasants but he is too dang wimpy to be out in the field.
We will be getting a yellow Lab in the near future though. I have a couple of different (nick)names for him but will wait to see what his registered name will end up being.[:-]

The favorite name of my Cavalier King Charles Spaniels: Lazer
Our other Cavalier's names: Penny, Kate, Star, Anna, Isis, Cooper
Not exactly hunting dogs, although I have thought about using Star and Anna for grouse. They would run until they dropped if I let them and LOTS of stamina. Wife won't let me, though; says they're too valuable to risk injuring (show dogs). Just don't understand her priorities
