I keep dogs and hunt with them, but I never cleaned their teeth. The dogs did it on their own, when eating raw meat products, with bone and sometimes with skin and hair. I feed them who le groundhogs, when I have them and venison, including organs and skin with hair. My vet bill per year per dog is 0.

Raw meat diet is definitely the best way to do it. Giving the dogs RAW meaty bones is the best way. No brushing needed. Skin on also helps a lot too.
