So, we have a lab that is 6.5 months old and she is only 17" at the shoulder. by far the smallest i have ever seen. Her mother was 45 lbs and father was 110 lbs. Is she just going to be little or is she going to be tiny you think?

AT 6 months and 17", I'd say she will grow a third more at the shoulder, ie. about 22". Depending upon the amount of exercise she'll be getting, she'll basically be fullgrown at a year but start filling out.
