Purina food's are yucky! I have had great luck with Eagle Pack Holistic Select with my GSP. We also have a Pit Bull that we feed Orijen, he does much better on the high protein.

The best way to look at it, you get what you pay for.

Blue Buffalo is great food... their canned food smells so good i thought about dippin a spoon in. they use good ingredients. in my opinion. the dogs love it too.

I like Science Diet large breed for my english lab and lab mix dogs. They seem to like it. The other thing about puppy food is that I think owners keep their dogs on puppy food for too long.
