RE: what are beagles good for?
 

Beagles hunt birds, bunnies and are fun if good dogs that half way listen. oily coats, get some training electronics for tracking. I remember dogs going on trail trips and us standing for hours.... Left our hats or coatswhere they last saw us and sure enough late at nughtpicking that cuss up laying on the clothes. Hunted all small game just had to learn it;s moves on buniies or the birds.
