doc are you a breeder? ever have any pups do you know were to find a good one?
Nope -- not a breeder. Casey boy has been bred 4 times, and there are no prospective breedings in the future.

IMO, David Mork at www.saukriverlabs.com has pups with the most bang for the buck. There are PL's that cost more, there are PL's that cost less, but Sauk River is doing it the right way.

DOC:

Live & Learn.....I bet a pointing lab would be a great ruff grouse dog. My pointer does her best, but she trys to work the heavy cover too fast and she isn't the best "hunt dead dog". I'm a few years away from my next dog but will consider the lab next time around.

I own a young female apx 8 mo old out of FC AFC Downtown Dusty Brown, (alab that doesnt have a pointing title but does point) wow does she point. Ive seen her hold point for 30 sec already. Dusty also has some Jazztime blood in him.
