Default new pup

sorry guys if this sounds a litlle pointless but this is my first brittany that i am training my self (hes 10 weeks now) and all day everyday i think about my pup and what im going to do next. ive asked before about how often i should show the dog birds and ive gotten good answers. my only thing is i say im not and try not to give him birds everday but somehow no matter how hard i fight it i find my self out their puttin birds out and seein him improve. i think?

now my question: has any one gone through this or is going through this? i love doin it but everyday after i come in i start kickin myself cause i realized i shouldnt have do it.

thanks and sorry

Default RE: new pup

Allright, I understand Bird Dogs are addictive. What Next?
My Philosophy
It is just as easy to feed 1 as2or 3 (You end up with 20something)
It is just as easy to train 1 as a couple (you end up buying more stuff)
I want them to have just a few birds today (ends up 20 or so)
Next thing you know you a traveling around the country field trialing and hunting at every plantation to prairie.
Glad to have aboard, now let the pup be a puppy and enjoy all the things that puppys do and just have fun out in the field evey once in a while untill hunting season. were your dog won't be a puppy anymore in just a short while.
