We are going to announce that: [/align]Mr. Dave Jones of Jonesy’s Gun Dogs and Mr. Maurice Lindley of Lindley’s Kennel [/align]We will be holding a pointing dog training seminar on Sat. June 30 – 07 and Sun. July 01 – 07. [/align]The seminar will begin at 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. There will be a continental breakfast, [/align]and lunch provided both days, also dinner provided on Saturday evening. [/align]We will break for lunch at 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. [/align]On Saturday evening before dinner we are going to take some time with everyone, for a sit down chat. [/align]At this point of the evening you will be able to ask additional question and express any concerns that you may have, about the events of the day, we would like to make sure everybody is on the same page. [/align]This seminar is going to be conducted as a hands-on training manner, so we can help teach you, and your dog to become a better team. This style of training will be helpful to all different breeds of dogs. [/align]It will help you and your dog become more successful together in field, test, and or trials. [/align][/align][/align]Some of the topics that will be covered:[/align]- Intro to birds and shotguns for puppies and adult dogs[/align]- Intro to the check cord, pinch collar, and e-collar.[/align]- Teaching the dog to handle.[/align]- Detailed instructions on using remote launchers.[/align]- Steady - to–wing–and–shot -- how to get started.[/align]- Problem dogs and problem solving.[/align][/align]We are going to accept 12 handlers with dogs, plus 10 handlers without dogs.[/align]The fee is $200 with a dog, $100 without a dog, there is going to be a $50 non-refundable deposit.[/align]We encourage you to bring your dog, this way we can help you and your dog together.[/align][/align]You are welcome to email at [email protected] or you may phone 859-985-2918 [/align]Everyone is welcome, be a great time, and excellent food!![/align][/align]Thanks, Jonesy[/align]

Just found out that pepsi cola, is going to assist in providing all the drinks for both days, and Black Gold dog food is going to supply every person that attends, a 20 lb. bag of dog food. I personally appreciate and thank them for the contribution. Jonesy

Just to let everyone know, we have 4 openings left for seminar for guys or gals with dogs. Would love to see and meet the others that I have talked dogs with here, Thanks Jonesy
