Fun Mixed Bag Hunt
Saturday, the wife, Casey boy and I went to our pond to do some waterfowling. Got into a few geese (4 in the morning and 2 more in the afternoon). On Sunday, we went back to the pond, but we were really fogged in, and couldn't get the Geese to break down through the fog, but we did get a couple Ducks. So, we decided to do some Upland Hunting. Put up 7 Hen Pheasants and 2 Roosters from a patch of cattails in the middle of a wheat field. Then we hunted some weed patches and got a dozen Valley Quail.
