weiterer:
There is a tennis ball is the photo.
I give him the "stay" command on the shore and after the ball hits the water, I release him ....and he's off to the races.

The pier is in three 6' sections and he actually jumps out slightly further....maybe 20 feet total. And that's with no carpeting or elevation to the pier.

I have a few other pics of him doin' this....He's just fun to play with.
