If I were to guess, its not because its a Chocolate lab, its because its a female.

You mention OFA Hips on the sire, but you make no mention of that on the dam?
Also you don't mention CERF on either parent?
Also, you must have done Color Code DNA tests, right ? (so that you knew ahead of time thatbreeding a Choco and a Yellar wouldn't result in Dudleys) Right ?.
