I recently took possession of several turkeys from a breeder who fell on hard times due to health issues. He dealt mostly in Osceola turkeys. One of the turkeys I have is supposed to be a smoke phase Osceola hen.Are there any turkey pros on here who might have an opinion about whether it is or isn’t or who I could contact to verify it.
