Brian,

Do you live in Front Royal and hunt coyote? I live in Woodbridge and I've never gone, but have wanted to try it for a long time now. If you are ever going on a weekend sometime, let me know, if you don't mind a yote hunting newbie along for the ride.

Where in SouthHampton do you live. I belong to a hunt club outside Emporia. This is my first year there. Nice club but I was wondering if there were yotes around and by the sound of your post there are. Yote season is open year around. No limits and great way to pratice long shots.I was hopeing to get some yote hunting in this year,05 now.Im from Texas. They are plentyful there. Wont be long and they will be plentyful around here also. They dont seem to be hunted hard around here that is for sure. Should you need a partner to go with you some time keep me in mind....

Backitup83, I hunt in Courtland, right behind the DQ to past the High School on 58. I hunt with the Davis Ridley hunt club. Have you had any luck this year?

Yes an 8 pointer taken three weeks ago. A friend of mine took a doe. The club has taken a lot of Bucks. I know where the DQ is. Do you do any hunting during the year for yotes. If they are in Courtland then they should be pretty thick where our hunt club is. The club I belong to is called the 10 Point hunt club. How did you do this year?

I live in Texas and those things are everywhere. I have never gone hunting and not heard or seen a pack of them.

I also hunt Southampton directly across from the racetrack. I have not seen any signs of yotes down on that end of 58....
