BBHPete, in arkansas my son tagged his own in his name before he had his card. they just wrote under sixteen on the checksheet. they dont take a tag from you. now they do them on his hunter id number.

Pete one more thing to consider in Alabama is that there are no tags, just don't shoot over 2 per day (one buck and a doe or two does).
