Can you shoot slugs from ground level or do you need to 15 ft off the ground?

methinks you should get a copy of regs and study them.

I cannot fathom why they would make it legal to shoot slugs from above but not at ground level.lol.
that said some states are goofy , so instead of taking the word of someone you don't know on the net, STUDY THE REGULATIONS FOR YOUR STATE!

Me thinks studying the reg's. is "ALWAYS" the best idea, especially when said reg's. are so easily accessed from the net.
kd-based on your comment, VA. is one of those goofy states. That stand only ordinance applies in some places-and not just w/shotguns.
