Default New Florida Deer Regs

What do you think of the new DMU that FWC has passed? I am finally glad they did this and it should greatly affect the deer quality and management for the good. I think it should have been done years ago though my opinion of course.

I like the new laws...I wish you could shoot a doe though as well.

Not where I hunt...Green Swamp is bucks only unless you are hunting during archery.

So technically you can shot does. Bow hunting is fun.

So, Chuck, there is doe hunting, you just prefer not to participate with the legal sporting arm. That is the whole point of WMAs, to taa tailer hunt and the harvest to the needs of a particular area, rather than treating the entire state the same.

The only doe hunting in the Green Swamp is archery....during firearm there is no doe hunting..I don't think any other public hunting land allows it either..If you own private land you can hunt does.
