Default Va coyote hunting

Hey guy, I just bought me a remington 700 in a 223 and I wanna use it for coyote hunting. I have an electronic call but I've never hunted coyotes before so I'm not sure about what to do. I've had several people tell me different things. Does anyone have any advice that may help me.

I really don't have any real advice other than if you figure out the magic of getting the coyotes to come in consistently then you will become every farmer's best friend.

You're in for a treat - both learning and once you've figured it out. There's a reason the Native Americans think coyotes and crows will be the last species standing. Get a decoy (Mojo, Critter, etc.) that has movement. Set up with a cross wind if you can. Don't call too loudly and don't over call. Give each setup about 20 minutes. Kill him the first time. If you miss, you've educated him. Watch Randy Anderson's videos. Good luck.
