Talking Va. bow hunters getting excited?

I have not seen any threads from the Va. hunters like I usually do. Hope you all are as ready to get on stand as I am. I have noticed very few acorns on the ground this year so hopefully the deer will be moving around more than they did last year when the woods were loaded. The farmer on our lease finally put in some corn this year and I have placed some new stands on some nice trails going into the field. Most of the buck activity is in the soybeans, but that should change pretty soon with the cooler weather. Come on Oct. 5th.......

Good luck VaSavage270! Hey Tourangeaud, I went up the weekend before. Lots of doves flying over the power line. This cool weather giving me the itch and cannot wait until the 5th comes. Might see you out there at BCH one of these bow days. Good luck to you!

Five more days and counting. I hear the temps are going to be in the high eighties after such a nice week of low temps.

Stoked! Works been so busy the last 4 years, this is the 1st year I've bought my archery license in that timeframe. I'm hunting 2 spots in FFX Co. Sat., Clifton in the a.m. then McLean in the p.m.
