Thanks for ideas. I did not ask for refund at the time of drop off, nor did I pay a deposit. I asked BBB if it was too late to ask for refund. They said yes. I had to have requested it at the time I told them I was unsatisfied and had to have allowed them an opportunity to "fix" the matter. We were too disgusted and just left the hogs and walked away. The BBB rep did tell us to file a complaint with Department of Agriculture, since the Health department does not handle "wild game processing". My buddy was out of town for the past month and a half, he returns soon, so we will file that complaint soon. He was the one who went in the actual meat locker, but I trust his opinion(nose). I will post the results of that complaint when I get feedback.
