This is a good reason not to talk " smack" . When you have rooted for a team like the cowboys as long as I have you know these kind of days show up. There is nothing to say other the congratulation to the sooners on a good well played game. I did not watch all of it ,when the sooners were up 17 - 0 and got the ball back in the 2nd quarter I said to myself its time to go hunting. Shot a doe at 4:30 and looked for her about 3 hrs before I found her so the day was not a complete bust. I say again Congratulation.

Well my horns beat up on a quality Nebraska team. I can' t figure Texas out. They look so good some weeks then lay eggs on others. Oh Well we will be in a quality bowl.

Hey Danny, how does Stoops get all those horses. OU is tough. Mod 70 I am sorry about that performance on saturday. I tried to watch the game, but I had to turn it over to FL and GA. That was a good game.

Well it will be interesting on how it all turns out.

Schemy, he just recruits the players that Mack Brown doesn' t. Think maybe Brown should change his tactics?? LOL

Really though, if you can contend for a national title every year, you' re gonna get the players. Look at how dismal things were a few years ago, before Stoops. OU couldn' t beat a very good high school team back then. A fresh coach, with a fresh style, and bam, you' re back in the race. National Championship in his second year and you' re gonna get good recruits. And being in the top 5 the next two years helps recruiting too. I also think that because OU doesn' t spotlight one or two great players, recruits know they' re going to get a chance to play some. If you look at the Big 12 standouts each week, almost none are from OU. That' s because Stoops emphasizes the " team" concept for winning. Works pretty good. 9-0 overall, with 5 games of 50 + points.

Either way Stoops need to cool it. Give the rest of the Big XII a chance. I think Mack needs to look at what Bob is doing and take a step in the right direction. He looses to many Texas High School Studs to OU.

Oh well good luck to your sooners. But my Horns would like a piece of that steak some time.

Well Schemy it is cowboys vs horns this week. Any predictions. I hear it is sold out. I won' t be going to the game but I wish I could. Looks to be a good game to watch.

I think it' s going to be a tough game. Texas has improved some since they played OU. And OSU has got to get over the let-down from the OU game too. If they can rebound and play their game, I think OSU will win. Hope so anyway. Good luck.

Well sure I always have a prediction, problem is they are never right. I am geared up to watch this one. I think it will come down to whoever has their defense show up. I think OSU will be looking to make a statement about what happened last week. Texas is coming off a great defensive performance. I think it will come down to the D' s and Bell for you guys and V Young for us guys.

Texas wins 23-17. Now that probably boads well for you because like I said before, my predictions are rarely right.

I hope your right on this one the part about being wrong that is. The cowboy have a lot to loose if they don' t win out. Major bowl vs a minor bowl.
