Ark bear tags - are they draw or otc
I am interested in going to Ark for a bear hunt since it's a lot closer than Maine. I can't find the licensing information on their site though.
Does anyone know if it's a draw or over the counter for non-res?

Here's the link to license info. "All game" means small game, deer, bear, and turkey. The only draws in the state I am aware of are certain WMA hunts, alligator and elk.
