Got a question for ya...Since you know the deer will be there..what is the point to scout? I've been hunting the swamp for about 8 years now..all of my spots have remained the same..the only thing that changes is the vegetation I have to cut down to place my stand..especially in archery season..

Now concerning Three lakes..that place is new to me..I've only hunted it twice so that will need scouting.

If I did scout the Green Swamp I would scout new places ,

I hope this post didn't make me sound like a jerk..not my intention at all.

i just go out there cause there r so many places back there to hunt so i dont limit my self to one area i scout around different spots . i might hunt one area cpl times and if i dont see nothing i always got other places to fall back on. where we stopped at at the river was only the beginning it goes all the way back to the vann fleet bike trail. also take my camera out there always catching some hogs on film its like where i shot my spike at never hunted it went out there one day scouting around found a scrape decide to hunt it the next morining and two does and spike came out probably luck lol
