I grew up chasing deer and dogs in Florida. My dad had the best beagles around. Nothing beats hearing them hounds trail, jump and burn a deer up.

All 23 of my years of hunting have been with dogs. We hunt in Southampton Virginia with buckshot and dogs. I have never known another way. I really enjoy to hear the dogs burn up the woods, to kill the deer is just icing on the cake!

Love hunting with the dogs. Your right there is nothing like hearing a pack of dogs burnin one up. I love to get in a tree in the piece and quiet and hope one comes by to, but when we turn the dogs out and hear that 1st one yelp.... we know the hunt is on and the blood starts pumping:) Good luck this year to evry1
