Chuck, something screwy is going on. I was issued an archery permit for an area that I didn't even put in for, they gave me Bull creek. Last year I put in for there during the second drawing when I was turned down for everything in the first drawing. Maybe the computer just assigned it to me assuming that I'd do the same as last year.

And..if ya look at the date on my permit..


it says 2008..

I think the system is screwed up this year because of the new system. I am not impressed. Florida screws up again

OMG, I am Pissed..........the other day when I checked it , it said I had drawn a gun hunt, yes , I doubled checked itat the time to make sure i was looking at the right one, now it says I have none.......so now I am stuck with archery and muzzleloader......guess I'll be hunting SC alot more than I thought I would be.....this whole new system is a crock.......

Yes maam..it's sure is a crock..I think they left the whole thing up to the computer..and the computer had some clitches..mine said you've been awarded and archery hunt at citrus { Muzzleloader Dec. 2008} huuh

WTF, now the system is saying I did not draw any permits. It looks like I will not be hunting anywhere in Florida this year.

i got drawn for my 2nd choice general gun, which i will be sending back in hopes of retaining my preference status. if people wouldn't have whined and caused this new quota change i could have given this permit to one of ya'll to use. the permit is a Rock Springs Run 2nd gun. the date falls during the same time i will be in Georgia hunting the rut.
