Soaring
I've been working on a project across the last 3 weeks that took me up in the air today. Not only did I get to have some fun but a couple of others got to experience it as well!!
My daughter also became a Young Eagle with her first ever Glider Flight.
Here are a few pictures for you to enjoy.

As you can tell, I make it look small!
This guys job is a little important as this little connection is what will take us up to about 3,000ft.
When everything goes right, this is what you should be seeing until you release the rope!!

Looks pretty cool...I guess. I'm not really afraid of heights...as long as I keep one foot on the ground at all times. I grew up in western NY not far from Harris Hill... The Soaring Capital of the Country. Gliders were always around there. Lots of people have that as a hobby (apparently).
