Bama has new laws pending House passageabout tresspassing while hunting and tresspassing to fish in a private pond.Fishing without permission will increase to a $250 to $500 fine, but the good news would be a law that makes it a $1,000 t0 $2,000 fine for trespassing while hunting. If all states would have similar laws it wouldn't take long to clean up a lot of problems. I still don't understand how Va. can allow anybody to tresspass on a landowners land for "dog retrieval", that has to be one of the dumbest laws I have ever heard of.

This should definately cut down on tresspassers. It is a rela problem here in Alabama and there has to be some teeth in the law to make these guys think twice. Now those game camera photos are a little more valuable! Check out this local (Alabama) site. Good FaQ for Moultrie Cameras. www.Huntbuzz.com

Nice to hear!!! I've had a problem with a huge group of fourwheeler punks drivin around my gate and all over my huntin land. I'm gettin the law on em real soon! Wish I could put out a camera without them shootin or stealin it! They moved all the logs and sticks I piled up in their way, then cut down my barb wire fence about a week ago. I dont think any of em can afford a $1000 fine, but they're dang sure gonna have to. Great news!
