I don' t the the Chatooga river is in Clayton County. Clayton county in on the south side of Atlanta. The Chatooga river is on the border of Georgia and South Carolina.

Somebody has been pullin yer leg! Chatooga river in Clayton county? The Flint runs thru there.
Now, there is a Clayton city in extreme northeast Georgia. Thats where Tallulah falls is at.
