Hey Andrew..what major city is that by ? and do you have to have an electronic quota to hunt it..?

it's out around cross creek. just SSE of gainesville. they have part of it for quota hunting and the other part you pay a 300 dollar a year recreation fee, but still have to apply.it's tough to get in but it's a big place

I would love to get in one of those recreational permits but I noticed one thing..Most say no camping....

Chuck, I hunted Lochloosa back in the early 90'sbefore it was splitand camped at the Fish Camp at the lake. I believe it was $8 a day. I took my travel trailer, but they had rentals. The lake is huge and the fishing is great!

Thanks Reb..I thought about ckecking out those recreational management areas...cheaper than a lease by far..Some of them allow dogs..
