I live in Sanford on the St. Johns river and have my own private deer woods where i hunt wit two other guys.. seen a bunch of does so far but no shooter bucks..but they will be there come gun season in Nov.
I also hunt in Georgia..

Small world..near Carter road..I live near 98 highway in East Lakeland...about 1/4 mile from Southeastern University.

This is my First post to this forum but I live in Naples and have a lease in Osceola Couny. I took my first publc land archery buck here last weekend at Picayune Strand which is next to the Big Cypress. I moved down here 2 years ago from Melbourne.

Cedar Key Scrub is the place for me, it's definately not for the novice hunter, most hunters thathunt there never come back because of the extensive walking you have to do and the terrain is sometimes unforgiving. But I've lost count of the hogs I've killed, and over the last 10 years there I took two bucks that scored in the 120's, not bad for Florida deer.
