...Almost 4 years time.

1) Dogs still run amok east of the Blue Ridge.
2) Deer have either left the GWNF or the forest has really matured.
3) Loudon county still has 800,000 deer - which you can't easily hunt, because of all the posted land.
4) And... You still can't hunt on a Sunday.

Anything else?
