RE: Question For Oklahoma Hunters

did you stay to hear about them lifting the restriction for Altus-Lugert. Right now we are limited to .22 LR. The proposed change would allow all rimfire. The predators are very thick in the area and I would love to take out a rifle other than my .22 to take them out.

One other proposal is allowing youth hunts to take a doe (like they can now) and add a buck tag. This was pretty ademently opposed.

I would have to say that I would be opposed to this as well. A lot of dad's already have their wives buy tags just so they can check in another buck...this would only increase the problem. If a kid wants a buck, the little buckaroo can shoot one at the same time as everyone else.

Davs- No i didnt. Sorry.

To everyone - you can still write your opinions on paper and send them to the ODWC. Not that it will help or hurt, but at least your making you voice heard.
