1st 8 pointer

I harvested this 8 pointer the day before my 40th birthday. As you can see, he brought a smile to my face.
Missed an even biggerbuck the day before chasing a couple of does, plus my new TC Encore fell 25 feet after the sling broke. Bagging this buck made the previous miserable day all but disappear.

Nice deer
I sat in that stand on Saturday and probably ruined it. FYI there was as many deerin the middle of the day as there was early and late.
