Waterfowl on Heyburn WMA?

Is it legal? All day or morning only?

I called the guy in the book, and no answer, he hasn't called me back yet.

i use to hunt everything there but duck when i lived in oklahoma ,if you are that close you might think about keystone lake it was all ways good for ducks
