Rt 95 south to exit 133, Rt 17 north to a left on Rt 651?(Sumerduck Rd.). Sumerduck Rd. runs the north side of the property, several parking areas just off of it. If you come from Fairfax- Rt 29 or 28 south to Rt 17 south to Sumerduck Rd. I think the DGIF site will have directions and maps of the property. It's a large chunk of land, but it does have good access on both sides of the river.

Didn't you post that you have a young lab, if so Phelps has a waterfowl impoundment. Don't think the hunting is great, but it does have some nice blinds and would be ideal for training.(Stay away from Phelps during the two rifle season)
