thats a heck of a nice deer nctaxi i know these guys are getting younger but its nice to see. seems everytime i see another hunter in the woods i am still waiting to find someone my age

I am from Roanoke Rapids in Halifax county. Thanks to Randy Parton and the Carolina Cross roads project it looks like we might loose about 580 acres of our hunting land. 580 acres of the best Turkey land in NC. The price we pay for progress.

why would they do that? sorry to hear ya losing that land. what is that project?

I am looking to move to the Charlotte area. I would like to find around 50 plus acres to buy for hunting. Finding land for sale online is really difficult to say the least. Do any of you folks have some good sources to find land for sale?

Angier, NC...Hunt in Wake and Duplin counties. Got a nice lease near RDU airport that has a LOT of deer in it, some are very nice bucks. Hoping to take my 5yo daughter out with me a couple times this year. She seems to be interested in hunting and has no trouble with dead critters. She started fishing this summer, and is hooked! She wants me to take her every day now. Too bad I have to work, or I might take her up on that!
