Default possible al record buck

seen on the news last night a guy killed a buck,i believed ithad 16pt.he killed it near the pike and bullock county line, the news people said it might be the biggest in al. if i can locate a pic. i'll post it, anyonehave any info. on this. thanks.

not heard about it, but if he bought a Zeiss scope from Mark's outdoors in Birmingham, he might have a million dollars.

I heard about it today actually from my best friend. He works with a guy that knows the guy that killed it. It rough scored in the 190's after decuctions it grossed out in 170's. He killed it with a bow. I might get some pics monday from my buddy. If so I will post.

I saw the pictures yesterday and would have never guessed it came from Pike county, Alabama. 27 1/2 inch spread 15 point. Weighed 220 live weight.

timbercruiser i work with some guys who hunt around union springs and master rack lodge, they have killed some really good deer around there.

I saw pics today from a friend of the lucky hunter. It's awesome. Best Bama buck I've seen yet. It's very palmated on one side and just awesome with split brow tines, also tall and wide. A great buck that anyone would be proud to take.

jd3006 did he say exactly where he was hunting? I've got a couple of tracts on the Bullock/Pike county line and was wondering if it was close by.

Is it this one?

Here is a pic of the buck that was killed in Pike Co. Alabama with a bow. I think he netted 193 and grossed in the 170's. Never the less he's an outstanding buck for the state bama.
