Got the document looks pretty good! you quoted a price in the documentation and the limit of 12 members. Is this the sound quote per member at this time?

59.6 acres per member during archery is a lot of ground for deer to slip through JMO..lol even a lot for a gun in any case whatever is decided I'm still in just verify fees. Even if each member brings a guest I calculated 29.8 acres each just being open minded here to a higher member base, I'm sure everyone won't be hunting the same days etc. again Im open minded just beingdevil's advocate

Guys,

I'm interested and I have a friend who is interested.I will say however that my interest drops sharply much past the $375 mark. If we can get 12 people committed I would say go for it, 15 people would be even better in my opinion.

Butch, I just moved to the Richmond area as well and am very interested in the club. Can I get the images and links to the land as well?

Thanks!
Sam

Hey there.... Welcome aboard! I'm in Richmond too, so is Todd (the guy who discovered the tract of land). I'll send you a PM (personal message) with the links to the files on my website.

Ben, This is a new tract of land out near Amherst, that Todd had located and checked out. I went out and looked it over too and took some photos. It's 716 acres of both woods, clearcuts, and small stream drainage. We have a bunch of us interested in it (I don't know how many officially have said "YES!" yet), but have to start making plans. Todd has more details on it....

Jaycar... Welcome aboard! [8D] You're in NOVA? Where about? This club might be a bit of a drive for ya, if you're up around the DC area though.
