Got the document looks pretty good! you quoted a price in the documentation and the limit of 12 members. Is this the sound quote per member at this time?

59.6 acres per member during archery is a lot of ground for deer to slip through JMO..lol :Deven a lot for a gun in any case whatever is decided I'm still in just verify fees. Even if each member brings a guest I calculated 29.8 acres each just being open minded here to a higher member base, I'm sure everyone won't be hunting the same days etc. again Im open minded just beingdevil's advocate;)

Guys,

I'm interested and I have a friend who is interested.I will say however that my interest drops sharply much past the $375 mark. If we can get 12 people committed I would say go for it, 15 people would be even better in my opinion.

Butch, I just moved to the Richmond area as well and am very interested in the club. Can I get the images and links to the land as well?

Thanks!

Ben, This is a new tract of land out near Amherst, that Todd had located and checked out. I went out and looked it over too and took some photos. It's 716 acres of both woods, clearcuts, and small stream drainage. We have a bunch of us interested in it (I don't know how many officially have said "YES!" yet), but have to start making plans. Todd has more details on it....

Jaycar... Welcome aboard! [8D] You're in NOVA? Where about? This club might be a bit of a drive for ya, if you're up around the DC area though.

Butch I live just north of woodbridge in lorton. If you guys are the nearest club I would make it work. It also depends on the cost too.

jaycar,
In addition to a hunt club you may want to look at the Izaak Walton League in Stafford. www.iwla.us/ They offer limited hunting, target ranges(rifle, pistol, shotgun, & archery), fishing, & camping. Around $100 to join & 100 yearly dues.

Butch,

:eek:As it appears once more Hood Wink'd at the thought of someone introducing such a club with little follow up. IMO Someone Blew [&o]plenty of smoke up our you know what...

I don't know VASavage.... I just don't know.... [:-] I mean, was it a lack of communication? Lack of people committing? I don't think anyone blew any smoke or anything, I mean, I was there... I checked the tract of land out myself. It's real and a big place for a bunch of us to hunt. So, let me put this as succinctly as I can:

WTF!!!! [:@]

:(Butch,

I truly believe things were headed in the right direction, you taking the time to visit the property gave me confidence:D, and if it weren't for you sending out the earlier details I would have[:@]at the first thought of this club.

Take nothing away from your efforts[8D]it looked pretty bright ahead, but to lose communication at that junction is down right!![:'(]

I will still give it three weeks to hear anything as the season hasn't come in yet.[8D]keeping the faith. There's always Quantico, Fort Belvoir and a few friends in the hamptons.
