I've been trappin coyotes for 30 yrs. The best bait I use I buy fromTim Caven
Minnesota trapline supply. It's called Hiawatha valley. It works on most anything. I've had fox climb trees to get to it.

up in canada you can get more money from shooting a old cow and using it for coyote bait for trappping then you cood get for selling the cow.

A guy I know scrapes up road kill and throws it in a field across the street from his house. He keeps his 22-250 in his living room. When he see's a yote, he goes out and shoots it.

if u trap us bever meat it works great will bring them in

What I've done a couple of times is shoot some rabbits, then drag them up and down the pasture roads where I'm going to hunt. After I get their scent good and scattered, I hang the rabbits up in a tree where the coyotes can't get them. With all the rabbit scent in the air, seems like there is always a coyote in the area. Then a couple blows on the rabbit in distress, and the coyote comes running.
