Default Mourning dove question?

Do any of you guys shoot mourning doves because i saw a couple today in the forest while hunting but i like to make use out of what i kill so are they good to eat or what any info?

Great to eat.
Most eat just the breast.
Takes a few to make a meal .

Dove are ausome. Fry them and then pour cream of mushroom soup over them mmmmm good

better not shoot them out of season they are a migratory bird and are protected unless its season and you have a small game permit along with a migratory bird permit. otherwise they are good eatin

Good eatin. The season out here is from Sept 1st-15th and then again sometime in November but i don't hunt during the second part because usually its too cold out here for their liking.
