Man guys i have been having good luck lately. We finally got about 5-6 inches of snow and its COLD. Ive gotten 2 in the last 2 nights. This is a blast. I called in two this time and it was really cool to watch how they were working together to circle the "rabbit" lol. I think i found a new fav. hobby.I got a question though. I have been using my .222 with 50 gr. softpoints and this little gun is putting a huge hole in them. Should i be shooting dif. shells for what? thanks.

Congrats again!
You have 2 choices. One is to go to a full metal jacketed bullet. That way, you only have a pencil hole on both sides.
The other option it to try for a bullet that shatters upon entry and doesn't exit. I have a buddy that uses ballistic tips in his 22-250 for coyotes. Only problem he's had is when he doesn't hit anything solid on entry, the bullet doesn't shatter fast enough...and there's one whale of a wound.
GOOD LUCK!!!
