I havent been hunting squirrels yet. I wait till it gets cold out. Ticks will carry you off here. I also need them this fall when the leaves are off to train my new squirrel dog prospect.

I have, but the hunting's been pretty poor. There are acorns and other nuts everywhere where I hunt, but I'm not seeing too much movement. The leaves will be falling soon enough, though, and the little buggers will be running around for food before winter starts to set in. It can only get better from here.

Man some of u all are lucky. I have to balance school with squirrel hunting. Not to mention My deer archery started. This is awesome. (Except for school) LOL All I have is 8 so far
