Yeah, I knew what he was talking about. I'd like to have one of the BMG's myself, I just couldn't afford the nearly $2-$3 per round to shoot one though LOL. I was only referring to the A&E as a cheap .50 cal in semi-auto configuration. That M82A1 is definitely the roosters crow!!:D

Gosh fellows don't be so hard on poor little brusser. It is pretty evident that he just engaged his mouth and for got all about engaging his brain if he has one.

majay says a good chunk aobut the subject

250 rounds of .223 ammo = $62.99

250 rounds of .22-250 ammo = $129.99
plus i shot 2 rabbits this evening after yote hunting and they were out to about 250 yrds. they didnt even move an inch other than drop in there tracks. i love my 223 and it is so inexpensive to shoot. plus i got plenty of range with it for yotes anyway. if u talk big bout ur 22-250 it aint no match for my 30-06 or my buds 300 weatherby mag.

How did this post go from 22-250 vs. 223 to 50 cal? Did I miss the new thing of hunting squirrels with 50 cal? If thats the case guess my 300 win is not nearly enough for elk.... What do you guys recommend then??? I have some experience with the 120mm gun on M1A1 tanks.... Is that enough? What should I use for Bear, Nukes? And I don't even want to picture what will be recommended for cape Buffalo:D LMA0
