My season ends the last day in February. But I have been done for awhile now , for the most part. Probably had my best season ever , number wise , probably killed around 40 bushytails im guessing. The shagbark hickory trees had a poor year in 2023. The white oaks in the forest did well, but the white oaks of the upland hill country did poor. The red oaks did well in the hill country. I'm hoping and expecting the shagbarks produce in Sept 2024.
