looking for info on where to go and stay and any tips on doing prairie dog hunt. the only thing i know is bring a lot of ammo. i would be driving from PA

If you have Onxmaps, i believe they now offer a layer that shows prairie dog towns. May be worth the $10 investment.

I found several on public ground south of Buffalo, Wyoming last fall. Bring a chair and gun rest. Must set up off the road right-of-way.
