Coyote is a wiley predator... gotta love hunting them!
Man... I had to just stay on top of this one, because he gave me the slip earlier at about 60 yards in some deep grass (think he had a den in there). Drove down the road a bit... ran my locator... and he howled from the same spot, so I drove back about half way to where I knew he was... shimmied up a 3 tier big bale haystack... and ran 2 coyotes howling... in less than a minutes he was bounding across the field parallel to me... and then cut towards me. Lined up an ambush shot and at the last second... he cut away...

Where are yall , I'm in azle texas , got a nice 20 acre farm and 2 other close farms , good big coyotes, would like to watch you kill them , if I could afford a thermal scope I'd love it , what's a low budget one cost and can I call them in the morning and shot em or mainly nights ? Thanks for any advise
