Is it too late to join in? I just saw this. Might be kinda fun. I have 2 down already. Called one in on Saturday and got another first day of our rifle deer season. Hoping to get out a few more times before the bad weather sets in on us.

That's for sure. I was hoping he'd sign up and give us all a good whipping. Between work, school, and kids/family I don't know if I'll be able to get out at all. Hopefully a little in January and Feb after the holiday business is over.

You're added. Contest is just for fun/ a place to share harves pictures etc. Take a picture with your firearm, the animal, and a written paper saying "15-16" for scores to be counted. Welcome to the contest.

Lots of unplanned work travel and a couple illnesses put me out of most of this fur season, but at least I'm getting on the board.

Took the boy out for his first coon hunt last night (he's 2 1/2yoa), he got a little cranky by the end of the night, but he had a lot of fun tromping through the creek and watching the dogs work. All he's been talking about today is finding more "toons."

The boy was a lot more interested in checking out the coons than being photogenic. 2 dropped with my Ruger Mark II stainless, one by my bro-in-law with his Mark III, treed up by his Treeing Walker Hound. The 3rd one we got his 6mo old bluetick b!tch out and let her do a little apprenticing.
