Default Called-in Wounded Coyote

Oh man, I hate to see this sort of thing. I had a target that turned out to be a mobility impaired female coyote. She was so bad off as to not be able to go down into a ravine where there are several carcasses of recent kills just waiting to be consumed. I watched as she tried to work out how to get down the cliff (not a problem for healthy hogs, coyotes, bobcats, or deer) and I eventually coaxed her away. It wasn't until I got her away that I realized something was wrong and that she was a coyote.

Her injury worked to my advantage in helping to put her down efficiently.

Good you could put that coyote out of its misery. Predator or not, nothing should have to suffer.
